Black people oppose the rioting just like we do.

They oppose the police state even more.

Reddit is doing everything it can to change the conversation to be centered around racism, rather than the police misconduct that affects us all. Classic divide and conquer in times of crisis

dig deeper and find some simulated annealing going on

Yes I agree, reddit is a playground for conversation AI development. Bots are having more and more of an impact on our culture through their simulated words

You know, this comment has entered my mind a lot since I read it 24 hours ago.

The media machine is doing simulated annealing on what narratives the public can support, both in a computational-simulated way, but also in a try-and-see way.

But also the public is doing the same, collectively honing their own narrative, seeing what sticks and what doesn't.

This is really what information warfare is about, and both sides are ramping up their information weapons and emotional weapons, to try and control the minds of others, to drive the world in the direction they think is best. Everyone is trying to do it simultaneously, and it's also the mechanism by which we collectively develop culture

Thanks for the thought-provoking comment
