reddit is easy to cheat. You can create/buy multiple accounts and easily make it at the front page. Mass downvote and try to shut down people debunking you by calling them "conspiratards". You can even talk under multiple accounts to make it look like 10 people are debating against a guy with "an unpopular opinion".
