I have been using reddit for a long time and while don't think spying is the issue, there is a problem with the modern reddit.

In it's first few popular years, it was completely different. News that MSM would sometimes latch on to would break on reddit first. The diversity of opinions and point of view was incomparable to now. Comments being removed was a relatively rare event. Hence, it stands to reason that there has been a push by the powers that be to use reddit to help control the masses.

Asking questions should be applauded, not mocked. You are the one who needs to grow up imo.

Ok, you are actually right. I apologize. I thought you were replying to a completely different comment. Good call with the quote I suppose. Captain conspiracy over there probably needs to learn what confirmation bias is... and how to write things that make sense.

That said, I did get the impression that you don't appreciate what reddit has become. It absolutely is being used by powerful interest groups to sway opinions and herd sheeple. In fact, there isn't a social media site with a comparable user base that isn't being used likewise. If saidit got big enough, it would be the same story here too. Do you disagree?
