Sorry for the typos and unclear title: "I barely use Reddit anymore - I only visit Crypto subreddits from time to time. I haven't spoken about politics on Reddit in over a year. I have 15 people following me on Reddit (according to my profile), and every post/comment I make, they respond with "Nazi, fuck off of Reddit", sharing 2 different year-old screenshots of posts I made that aren't racist or hostile, attempting to scare me off."

Backstory:

This past week, I've been using Reddit every day for the first time in months because a certain Crypto was having issues. I was helping their engineers out, and sending them videos (as the moderators of the sub and "engineers" asked of me if I didn't mind, and I didn't. I don't really care if people find my Reddit account, it's no different than this one and I barely use it lol), and after the majority of the subreddit, including mods (this is a large subreddit), thanked me and my account specifically for my help in finding a fix for the issue in an announcement, my comments in the subreddit got hit by screenshots of posts I've made from over a year ago - (this screenshot is of a meme with text about Typhus during WW2 from Wikipedia who used Redcross as their source, literally copied and pasted into the template lol. I guess Wikipedia & Redcross support Nazis?) - including ones from CringeAnarchy and Frenworld which no-longer exist (if you check, they've been deleted for almost a full year now! lmao!). Ironically, I wasn't harassing anyone or being racist in any of their screenshots.

I filed a report with the admins to see how that would play out, and the Admins actually responded to me - they apologized, said I was being targeted/harassed, and banned the new accounts (I was shocked lol, I have screenshots of our messages if anyone wants to see). However, today more random, sjw accounts started going through all of my comment and post history from the last 5 months (as scarce as that is), and replying to them with the same screenshot as linked in op, along with "Nazi scum fuck off of Reddit". I haven't replied to one of their comments, so I think that's annoying them.

So yeah, this is a thing. If you're still using Reddit (which you shouldn't be), be aware there are "shills", mentally ill people, or people simply being paid to follow certain accounts that have certain opinions and will do their best to scare you off the site or run your name through the mud.

lmaooo, I just checked my profile page and I have 27 accounts now following my account as of an hour ago (I didn't even know you could follow other accounts).

I also just noticed they edited the screenshot to make it look like it has 0 upvotes, despite them forgetting to edit out the fact that people were gilding the post.

These ninjas are using screenshots that are 10-20 months old (things I forgot about posting), that don't show any racism or hostility towards others lmao I'm actually kinda grateful for the screenshots, it brings back the g00d memories 😥

Edit 2: Oh yeah, forgot to mention, obvious down-vote brigade, which is why I'm so happy SaidIt doesn't have this feature. Just popped in again 2day and holy shit my inbox went up by 100+~ (I don't check my inbox and have over 800 messages), if I hadn't gone to this subreddit and taken screen-recordings for the engineers tho, I would have lost a free 20 bux.. Not like it's anything much, but I didn't have to do anything 4 it, and if I can get 20 bux for free, ima get it! (It's now sitting in my account) Can't believe they're still messaging and commenting on my comments even when I'm not active or using the account. They must get notified each time I post/comment since they're "following" me (have no idea how that works, it's different than friending, didn't even know "following users" existed). I didn't even bother to check if my number of followers went up, I'm sure it did.
