There are ways to report instances of CP being distributed without self-incriminating. I won't pretend to be a professional on the subject; If someone who know a bit more want to speak up, then please, do. I'd like to learn too.

But I do know it can be done, because I know a person who had to report inappropriate pictures from when she was a minor. Maybe I should ask her about it. Or maybe not, cuz people are rightfully sensitive about that kind of thing.
