If you have investors you must repay and if you mist repay you must turn a profit and if you must turn a profit you must attract advertisers and if you must attract advertisers you must censor undesirables. Throw in an IPO and the next thing you know the Atlantic Council is calling the shots and you're accepting Chinese investment. Destined to fail.
