Reddit has suspended /u/publicmodlogs. Why or for what reason remains unknown. This in turn has stopped the Github modlogs from showing up.

Update: this issue was fixed. Reddit just forced a password change on the publicmodlogs user account which caused a bunch of related services to go down.
