Amazing how disease just didn't exist before last year for these people. They obviously never heard of anybody who got sars over a decade prior with all the same lingering effects, or normal seasonal bugs.

The reason they aren't consistent is that outrage destroys their mental ability to compare things. When the new thing is the worst ever, all of their memory has to be rewritten to accommodate this new political edict.
