In 1994 I grew about 20 plants near Toronto. It was still very illegal then. I don't even like pot. I did it to rebel and to discover my green thumb and to give most of it away.

In 2007 I grew just one plant after trying to start a half dozen. I boiled that thing in butter and man it stank. It took a while to realize the crock pot was a rice cooker and had an auto-off timer. I gifted all that green butter to a neighbour. She said it kicked her ass. I never did try any part of it. I was curious but not really interested in partaking.

My neighbour collected and gave me a bunch of seeds last year. I needs some resources to get the gear. We were going to grow it before it recently became legal in Canada but we've not organized for it.
