Well, Spacemacs, a Vi-key oriented Emacs configuration. This gives you Vi key commands all-around.

Yeah I appreciate those options but I doubt I'll ever use Stallman's OS emacs. It's a cool minimalist workflow regardless.

Oh, you guys--I was a vi user for years before finally trying out Emacs three years ago.

I tell you Emacs is like playing a violin. Especially with Orgmode, Emac's "killer app."

Orgmode does look cool. It reminds me of people typing documents and notes and tasks as markdown. I guess emacs had it all figured out decades earlier.
