apt-offline - install/upgrade packages, and their dependencies, on a Debian box with no direct internet connection

So how does it work?

You put it on USB and connect it to a computer with internet connection. Then you select which packages you would like to download and apt will pull them down with all dependencies included. After that you connect it to a computer without internet connection and the apt-offline will install packages for you.
