KDE isn't modular enough to remove dependencies piecemeal, which is why they aren't "fake" and forcing removal resulted in breakage. They didn't bother to show the "User Feedback" settings that control this.

Just turn it off, and maybe ask Manjaro to set it off by default. Maybe they'd agree. Maybe it is off by default already.

Also, those cookies settings are for Konqueror, which isn't installed by default, or the built-in theme explorer thing. None of that is telemetry.

Or just flip KDE (and any distro that requires this crap) the Big Birdie, as with the Ubuntu fiasco before. First was the Ubuntu telemetry, then accusations of spying by Deepin, and now this KUserFeedback in KDE...one wonders if a pattern is arising?!
