Yeah I love the idea of that phone, but so far, demand outstrips supply by a huge margin, so they're nearly impossible to acquire!!

I regret not staying in Linux since the 90s.

Yeah, I don't know how to use it and in my current state, it's hard to learn new things. In a couple years I hope to have developed Linux fluency.

Have you gotten it to work? If so, which os is working for you? I've had one for around 6 months, buy I can't get it to consistently recognize the sim card.

Wow, I see what you mean. Not available until late June. I wasn't aware they were having such bad problems keeping them in stock.

I got one last summer (Postmarket OS edition) and hocked it on Ebay a month later. I love the idea and the spirit of the project, especially the manual kill switches for the mic/radio/camera etc... but as a daily driver it was less than useable. An actual linux developer might have had a totally different experience. Ubuntu Touch seemed like the most stable OS, IMO. If it could sideload stock android or LineageOS I'd probly still be using it. The big seller for me was the USB-C hub to connect it with an external monitor and keyboard, a single device phone/desktop would be awesome.
