I find those assumptions a bit non-relevant, as they mostly have to do with mozilla and chrome. Surely a browser is an important piece of software, but it's not the OS.

I know many users don't like wayland, but the proposed solution of jumping into Apple closed ecosystem doesn't sound good to me.

The stance by Qt and the reliance on Go are a couple of good points he makes.
