Very few Linux distros 'just work'. Of over twenty I tried, only MX Linux, Linux Mint, AntiX, TAILS, and Kodachi Linux even managed to pass my first requirement, which was to auto-connect to the internet. The only BSD I ever tried was PC-BSD; it sucked, and not in a good way. I believe it was the forerunner of TrueOs, which looks to be dead in the water. Sounds like GhostBSD was no big improvement.
