the chinese have infliltrated many linux and open source projects... they don't put in glaring back doors or exploits but they make it looks like an accidental glitch or zero day exploit that just happened to show up. pretty sure ubuntu(the most popular consumer friendly linux distro) has a backdoor hidden somewhere. one chinese woman has her hands on a huge amount of stuff.
