Being financially free is desirable. But as much as a man wants to be free from owing money to have a place to live, he still has the government requiring property tax. I thank God that I have been able to pay the tax each year so far. For my property in Arkansas, that's about $2,100 per year ($175 per month).
We don't really own our houses and vehicles, but rent them from the government. If we fail to pay the annual property tax, they may seize and claim the property as their own.
