Honestly, I used to feel the same way too (which is why my response is about to be long lol, sorry about that). Then when I researched more and more into Kanye's background, I understood it. The media literally has a hate campaign against him, like they did Micheal Jackson, and I know that seems like an extreme metaphor, but it really isn't. When he was going through some of the most fucked up shit, the media were stalking him, to the point of breaking into his house and garage at 4 AM in the morning - his house was constantly surrounded, 24/7. If that happened to a normal person, it'd be called "gang-stalking" and a form of psychological abuse.

He got put into a psych-ward against his will (an infamous Hollywood Psychward for celebrities only, that was used during the MK-ULTRA experiments) right after he said a lot of truths on stage during his St. Pablo tour, about Google, Facebook, Twitter, politicians and the economy.. As well as reality. All of the common-people being lied to, discussing the elite, etc. The full version even got banned from YouTube.

When he was working on the album Yhandi, his twitter got hacked by leakers hoping to find some music in his DMs; they found him sending DMs to Travis Scott, Kid Cudi and other close friends/artists of a PDF file of a book about MK-ULTRA "Mind Kontrol" and how to resist it. He's aware of all of this shit. And when he was put into the psych-ward, they kept him in a coma for 2 weeks (he spoke about this in his first interview back); he was taking 2 painkillers a day, a few times a week for legitimate pain. While they kept him the coma, they upped his dose to 70 mg a day, and when he came out he was fully addicted to opiates against his will, and had to detox himself. That's a form of control.

After that event, he literally disappeared to the Midwest and the Mountains.. Even his wife didn't know where he was according to an interview she gave the first month he disappeared and all the tabloids were asking "Where's Kanye?".. He was too paranoid about people betraying him and being watched. That's when this whole "owning land" and Christian, "Sunday Service" thing started. During the time of his disappearance, was also when his Twitter DM's got leaked..

I know Kanye seems super crazy, but honestly the media has done a terrific job of doing that.. I know his outbursts (which aren't always well-worded) haven't helped, but the science backs a lot of the things he says, like heavy metals in our deodorants and tooth-paste (beyond fluoride, which imho, is bad as well); in peer-reviewed studies they have been shown to cause irreversible neurological and CNS damage, especially in developing children (I am a NeuoPsych Major a few classes from graduating, we've learned about heavy metals in class too - it's honestly not conspiracy, it's covered a lot in academia. A lot of heavy-duty anti-psychotics involve heavy metals, and the studies on those have showed the long-term damage from daily high-doses). The majority of the things he's said both in his music and an interviews are true, if you've gone deep enough down the rabbit hole, you understand what he's saying. He's just very emotional. He was the first mainstream artist of his caliber to ever mention Zionists (he did on the track St. Pablo from 2 albums ago).

But I agree, he does make great music - I think he's one of the best artists of our time, and of course that's just my opinion. How he managed to combine gospel and Christian themes so well with music like this, amazes me. I really thought Jesus is King was a great album and am liking the Christian Kanye.

Dang I never new about, well basically all of this. No need to apologize for a long comment when it's as informative and insightful as this. Thanks for taking the time to reply so thoroughly. I'd definitely look crazy trying to get rid of reporters in my garage at 4am haha. I'm glad he has been able to keep making such great music despite all these adversities.

The fucked up thing is there's video of all of it, (in this video, the paparazzi literally broke into Kanye's property lol). During this time one of Kanye's grandparents had passed, he was having relationship issues, a cousin had stolen his laptop, and he had lent so many people money he was on the verge of going broke. He also had one paparazzi in particular stalking him across the country, continuously throwing himself on the floor whenever they were near each other and trying to sue Kanye, and constantly losing. They pressed him at his weakest moment, and as soon as he started trying to enter other worlds outside of the music industry.

I can't lie, because of the way Kanye speaks, his anxiety and his anger, he does a great job of making himself look bad, which makes it so easy for the media to run a smear campaign on him. But literally everything is documented, from the 2-week coma at the notorious Hollywood Psychological Hospital (which they forced him to in the middle of the night; the cut off his mic when he was letting off the truth to the crowd and pulled him into the back, allegedly called his personal doctor who ordered a 5150 on him, and then put him into a 2 week coma while giving him 70 mg of opiates a day intravenously. This is documented, and he spoke about it in his very first interview back with Charlamagne). He literally also came out of the hospital with his hair bleached, when it wasn't before he entered; what psych-ward bleaches hair, which is listed as technique in the declassified MK-ULTRA documents?

Then there was also the leak of him sending links of a PDF file of a full book on "MK-ULTRA Mind Kontrol and how to combat it", to his closest friends and fellow artists, when the people who were hacking his account were expecting to find demos and music sent back and forth in DMs so they could sell it to a website or a person to have it leaked.

There's just a lot of weird shit surrounding Kanye, and it seemed after his mother died, he wasn't the same person anymore. He was angry. I feel if his mother never died, he would have become an egotistical, mindless and materialistic rapper just like the rest. But his mother dying truly set this off.

And if you look into his mom's death, it's so suspect, it honestly looks like a murder:

20 Vicodin with no opiate tolerance, plus anesthesia? Are you kidding me lol? I'm not going to get into it, but if you actually look into the story of his mother's death, nothing was medically normal about what happened to her; a doctor approved three serious procedures that exhaust the body on an almost middle-aged women, gave her huge amounts of drugs and told her to take them when she had no tolerance to them, and mixed anesthesia into the cocktail only a few hours before. Any normal doctor wouldn't have done these things; they would have done each procedure one at a time, after each procedure fully healed, and they would not be giving her so many drugs when she's opiate naive or instructing her to take a large dose, especially on the same night, only a couple of hours, after she received anesthesia.

I knew Kanye had a pretty crazy life but I didn't realize it was to this extent. Thank you for sharing so much! I think anyone would be changed to some extent by fame but the fact that all of this was all happening to Kanye is just insane. I'm happy he was able to somehow pull through everything. Definitely not something everyone can do.
