        Just to start with the obvious ones:

        1. Who owns the private courts?
        2. What authority do they have?
        3. Where does that authority come from?
        4. How is the judgment of a private court enforced?

          Which bodies of law will be drawn from? What is the basis of agreement for choosing those bodies of law?
