I've got a whole lotta quest-chins before I accept the idea of Private Courts.

Just to start with the obvious ones:

        1. Who owns the private courts?
        2. What authority do they have?
        3. Where does that authority come from?
        4. How is the judgment of a private court enforced?

Which bodies of law will be drawn from? What is the basis of agreement for choosing those bodies of law?

Would we disregard American law then?

            a) Throwing commies from helicopters is human rights' violation

            b) But, commies aren't people

            c) So it's ok to throwing them from helicopters

What are commies if not humans?

I'd like to give them a chance to redeem themselves before throwing them. Am I too soft to be a Hoppean?
