Agreed. Thought this sub was for lesbians to discuss things that interests us? Deleting topics for no good reason is just going to kill this sub even more and it wasn’t even very active to begin with.

I'm wondering the same, especially since all the comments on that post were civil

Op, you right, wtf? No wonder the sub's numbers are going down every day.

Yeah that's some bullshit. We migrated to this platform to get away from censorship! So fucking stupid.

I think it because a ton of people admitted to either not voting at all or voting for Trump because they're afraid of what the left will do in power, especially with the alphabet soup and gender identity laws.

Now, I'm not super familiar with American politics, but when you've got a super conservative in a sect as your Supreme Court judge, I doubt she'll allow any LGBTQAA bullshit from the Democrars to be passed. The other hand, any good things for LGB might be snubbed in the process. However, if that was the only thing making people vote for Trump, that they won't get more trans-friendly laws, they never considered that they might get more homophobic laws put in place, especially considering Trump doesn't agree with the term gay marriage or LGB in general and because I mentioned above that the Supreme Court judge is super conservative.

Also I think people need to consider what's not just best for them, but what best for the rest of the country and the world. I'm in Australia and everyone is on the edge of their seats watching what's going to happen.

Australia's in the US' pocket war-wise, so if Trump decides to attack or continue to provoke countries like China or countries in the Middle East, we'll be dragged into it by association. Not saying this wouldn't happen under Biden, but it's likely under someone as volatile as Trump.

That doesn't answer OPs question, it's really just a wall of text.

Fine, I'll sum it up then. Everyone is upset about this election, including mods. That's why they removed it.

Then they should add Rule #10: Anything that upsets the mods will be removed

Sorry but that's a pathetic reason to delete something. We need mods to remove those occasional porn posts we get from trolls, but there's no need to delete civilized political discussions. And there was not "a ton" of Trump supporters in those comments. They were the minority, not that it matters

Just went back and checked, there was only ONE person who actually voted for Trump lol. But like /u/Hydiee said that shouldn't even matter.
