I meant that identity groups are not a monolith and people may vote differently because of how they value other issues. Some people find their sense of entitlement to minority/women/gay votes off-putting.

Calling this thread "super disappointing" because people voted differently is incredibly off-putting.

I wouldn't call it a sense of entitlement. The word assumption is probably more accurate, and it's not exactly wrong or entitled to assume that certain people will vote for democrats, there's also assumptions about who would have/should have voted for Trump. I also don't think Lavalanche17 is deliberately trying to shame or guilt people by stating that she feels disappointed by how others voted. It's just how she feels
