My perfect Sunday is one where I sleep until 9 or later, have breakfast in bed, walk my dog, do some yoga, workout, read a book, paint, or do something else that I find relaxing.

I feel like your screen name is gen-x attitude in word-form. Lol. I love it. Also your Sunday sounds nice.

I always start with coffee, and take my time to quietly wake up before doing anything. I usually hang out with the cat for a bit. I go for a really long walk where I don’t have to be somewhere and I can just think of creative ideas or look at beauty in nature. Later stretch and have a bath. Read. Just slow things. Meditate.

If I have a partner a perfect Sunday would probably be lounging/sex/food/sex/nap/sex. Lol. But nice and easy.

A Sunday where I’m hanging with my girlfriend (which I currently do not have one yet), sipping wine on a balcony with a picnic setup and watching the birds go by...my that would be splendid

Foggy + chilly + no sun all day, go to a coffeeshop to get some early morning studying done (I miss studying outside of my house and away from my annoying pets right now especially), work on a creative project while Netflix plays in the background, go to an afternoon movie at the film society, and get takeout for dinner, maybe squeeze in a short hike with my dog in there somewhere.

I picked up a longboard a few weeks ago and I've been having a lot of fun with it. My sides are sore lol I had no idea that would happen.

Sometimes postural stuff is better ab work than actual ab work! Same goes for squats

I just didn't think balancing on the board used my obliques. The more you know lol.

I was stepping on and off a platform all day at work and I also had sore sides and back and front. If I stand on a ladder for a long time the same thing used to happen. It’s sort of cool to notice

That's a tough one. I'd have to say Sunday, April 25th, 2021. Because it's not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket.

But, seriously, swimming at a local, less-popular lake. It was GLORIOUS.

Crispy autumn or gorgeous spring day, sleeping until 10, nice brunch then visiting parents and walking on beach then hitting a market with my girlfriend. Later nice long bath with a book and a dinner followed by some nice movie or show and early bed with a good book and cuddles.
