Can lesbians really be 'cis'? They aren't even attracted to men, lmao. the whole concept of 'cis' is trash, not sorry.

Honestly didn't even realize I had used the word in my post. I think I'm just permanently in diplomatic mode these days.

I edited.

That meme "Reddit hates women" is not a meme anymore.

Never was. I knew about Reddit since not too long after it was created (thanks to being in a comp sci major at the time with guys that used it). Everytime I went to it, it had some shitty memes about women on the front page and and all sorts of 'fap' material subs.

Well, reddit hate to women was similar to other sites hate to women before, as I met similar everywhere. And now it is literally war against all women. There no spaces allowed for women without man supervisors.

I didn't want to join another platform, but thanks for snatching this one. Homophobia 2020. #PeakReddit

Pixels! Although I did not always agree with you, I was sad to see you go. I’m glad you are back here with us. 😊

Dude, not your fault. Hope you're doing good! I think this is the tip of the iceberg. TRAs' are definitely gonna lose their "supporters" once they attack them.

Thanks, it's just that I spent a lot of my time on TL defending transpeople (and alienating the lesbians that posted there in the process) and for what? So they can team up and get our sub banned and then laugh about it afterwards? I feel really, really foolish now. I'm not sure how much this will affect my beliefs, but it will definitely affect who I waste my breath defending.

I was on the TRA side in the past. But I can’t support what they are doing anymore, it’s become such a nightmare. When they started telling lesbians to rethink their sexuality it was way too much. Never mind changing laws without and forsight and transitioning kids. There is just a lot of really bad ideaology being pushed, at this point. There are many trans people I like as individuals, it’s the aggressive and thoughtless activism, and writing off of people who have any concerns, including trans people, that is too much. They don’t care about you unless you toe the line. Your friends might, if they are reasonable people, but not the majority. I think a lot of lesbians were spending lots of time defending them, especially ones who are 35+, because trans people used to be part of the community and not crazy like this issue has become

Lol I know a lot of us were cool with trans people before. I guess hopefully you learnt from this? They only want your support if you mindlessly follow it.

It definitely feels like a value-realignment moment for me, kind of similar to Trump getting elected. I was still in the process of figuring out my boundaries with the rest of LGBT, and the T especially (not sexual boundaries, that was clear from the start for me, but social ones), and it feels like that's now been reset back to the beginning.

A lot of us were supportive of the trans movement at one time, then it mutated into what it is now and they became completely delusional while expectig everyone else to never question in the slightest or disagree..
