Want to make your own car? No problem, you just have to pay hundreds of thousands to have it checked to be road legal, including crash tests for safety.

Want to go fishing at the weekend and sell your fish? No problem, just pay 5k for someone to come and check your fish is actually fish.

Want to sell from your own property to save building costs? Nope, your mortgage says you can't and you have to pay 10k a month to rent a shop site because reasons.
