How does that happen? What does equal care even mean? Is it equal if I need cancer treatment that costs 40,000 where as the other guy only needs a couple of broken bones fixed over 75 years of his life? How does socializing anything provide equal anything? Some folks will use up more resources yet it's everybody else who ends up paying for it. Look at college.
