Horrible, negative, disingenuous meme at its very best - Nobody is mad at the immigrant. They're mad because a politician enabled the employer to abuse the immigrant at the cost of the original employee's livelihood. Memes like this try very hard to convince people that anyone upset with immigration policy is instead upset at immigrants. Deflection and distraction.
