Good job CNBC for a sensationalist headline. Good job OP for posting an image of a sensationalist headline instead of the article that explains it.

Here is the original. This is the point of what he's saying:

Regardless the reasoning, it's interesting he chooses to focus on fear as his main method of motivation. Even with the additional explanation it's still a bit upsetting tbh
