Well, I've worked in the corporate ladder for decades. It used to be true: You could be ambitious and work hard, and you'd make a pretty good career. You'd never be a millionaire, but you might be a middle manager. Now all that has changed. If you get your work done, they just pile more on. No raises. No benefits. No hope. Just work until you die and hope you don't run out of money or medicine in the meantime.

In that same vein, they downsize corporations constantly and just pile on more responsibilities to their existing people. Why hire someone else when we can make someone here do it for the same amount that they are already earning?

A lot of widespread mentality that we are all just slaves. And we are waking up to that fact, and dissatisfied about it.

Exactly. The guy who was in charge of fucking up Boeing got a $6m golden parachute and shown to the door. And that's small potatoes. I can think of half a dozen off hand. The guy in charge of Sears. The gal in charge of HP. The guy in charge of Home Depot. And those people just got rewarded for screwing the company out of decades of good clean operations for the sake of a few quarters of raping and pillaging the company for profits. This doesn't speak to the thousands of CEOs who do this on a daily basis who do NOT crash and burn the company. They just fuck their workers over for another quarter of a percent this year.
