Stacy says:

We were there for the oil (in Iraq).

Not really, we were their for Israel. Afghanistan wad UNOCALs project.

James Petras wrote a good book concerning this. That Iraq had very little to do with Oil and companies lost profits because of the war. So, what was the real reason?

Oh yeah I don't BELIEVE or AGREE with everything being said. For sure there's lots of disinformation, probably unintentional repeating of propaganda they ate up.

I don't read books but to me the obvious reason was to destabilize the region and provide the raw material for the creation of terrorist factions.

You should read books.

Thanks but no. I mean, I read the occasional fiction book but overall looking at the news and geopolitics, using my brain is much better than reading a book.

There are a lot of old historical books worth reading. But intuition can be far better than books.

Not a Kaiser supporter because he shilled for Trump. He's definitely part of the game. But he makes good points occasionally and then goes off on a tangent and promotes things that are pretty unconstitutional. He certainly advocates for bigger government and Austrian economics.

As an experienced economist, I agree with the political sentiment, however, on the economics he seems pretty spot on.
