It's time for you realize you are holding the hammer just as much as your neighbor. Here in America, depending on the state, you can start your own business for as little as $50 to get a TIN (LLC).. You either continue on your path of complaining that things arent the way you want them to be, or you take some action and use this tool to your benefit.
