There is discrimination directed at bisexual people for specifically being bisexual (as opposed to discrimination directed at bisexual people for being same-sex attracted, which I would call homophobia). What other name would you call that?

What discrimination?

Here's one definition of "discrimination" that I pulled off of Google:

the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, age, sex, or disability.

In this case, I am talking about unjust or prejudicial treatment of people on the basis of sexual orientation, bisexuality.

The meme itself describes one such example: people reacting with dismissal and scorn when someone states their pattern of sexual attraction (bisexual)-- when people would have not reacted that way otherwise if the person had stated that they belong to a different category of sexual attraction pattern.

That's literally an example of discrimination. It's not an example of legal discrimination, but not all discrimination is legal by nature. As far as I am aware, there is not much legal discrimination on the basis of bisexuality, but there is non-legal discrimination on the basis of bisexuality, and it's pretty common.
