  • What type of content do you want to see? Do you want this sub to be a memes-only sub? Or, should text-post jokes, shitposts, and other non-humorous relatable or positive content be allowed?

I would say memes, text-post jokes, and shitposts are all good. Non-humorous/relatable/positive content is nice, but I'd rather not see it since I feel like it would take away from the light-heartedness of a meme sub. I would be coming here for laughs, not serious discussion.

  • How to handle "drop the T" or TQ-focused content: Do you want "drop the T" content to be removed (and redirected towards s/lgbdropthet)? Or do you think "drop the T" posts should be allowed?

Depends on context. Something like this I would say fits, but something like this doesn't (these are examples I actually pulled from LGBDTT). For anything too serious/criticizing and not meme-y, redirect to LGBDTT or s/ThereAreTwoGenders.

  • Off-topic or casual threads: Are you interested in a discussion thread for just chatting and off-topic subjects? Possibilities: one stickied discussion thread, a daily discussion thread, a weekly thread for this (like the Sunday Social thread on droptheT), etc...

A daily or weekly discussion thread could work to balance non-humorous/relatable/positive LGB content, if people are interested in it. Warning though, AutoMod on this site doesn't have a scheduler built-in yet, so you or another mod would have to commit to posting the thread regularly.

  • Aesthetic stuff: Extra flair suggestions? Other aesthetic stuff?

I'd recommend starting simple and expanding as you notice trends. Maybe just start with post flair for lesbians, bisexuals, gay men, WLW, MLM ... and as you see posts that don't fit under those, then you can start making other post flairs for common themes.

Thanks so much for sharing all your thoughts!

All makes sense to me. Thank you for the suggestions!
