This is not a legal issue. This is a Saidit T&C issue. Saidit has a general ban on porn of all forms. I am a social libertarian and totally fine with all consenting-adult porn (although I choose to avoid genres that I find eww-that's-not-right). Anyone posting porn on Saidit risks a permanent ban. Saidit's house, Saidit's rules. I like Ruqqus because it is a free-speech platform. Saidit is not a free-speech platform: it is a platform that attempts to improve the quality of debate and reduce domination by cliques by limiting moderator power and imposing moderation transparency.

It depends on how much the administrators are willing to bend the rules; the ban on porn is to avoid legal issues in the first place. Maybe we could get them to specify what the rule counts as "porn".
