I'd say this seems more like a cry for help to me.

It's attention seeking for sure. But if you read between the lines you can see a couple things.

This person knows what's up, and they know their "mental health" can't handle the truth. It's like an alcoholic that knows drinking is killing them but they do it anyway because they physically can't stop.

Needs medical intervention. That's it. These people are suffering from a mental health condition. Our society has been very evil as we've taken the crazy people, encouraged them to be more crazy, then bit the heads off of anyone who actually comes in and wants to help these people get better.

Like imagine if someone came in and said they were Jesus and you went and encouraged their lunacy? Imagine if someone thought they were superman and you said "you go girl! Jump off that building! You can fly! You are fabulous"

You've just goaded a crazy person into killing themselves.

Why do you think trans people kill themselves? Are they responsible for their own insanity? To some extent I suppose everyone is responsible for their own actions. But if you give a crazy person a gun and tell them to kill themselves, I think you are guilty of murder the same as if you went and pulled the trigger yourself.

If you tell a mentally unwell man that he is actually a woman and encourage him to mutilate himself in a futile effort to become a woman leading to his eventual suicide when he finally reached the limit of what he can endure, shouldn't you be held responsible for that situation at least in part?

All the doctors who are profiting off of this had better get their affairs in order. The reckoning is coming. It is only a matter of time before the lawsuits start flying. And again, you've severely hurt, tortured, the suicidally insane, you think the suicidally insane will just decide not to seek revenge when they realize who has hurt them.

Playing with fire. You will get burned.
