I love how the first suggestion in the top comment is to examine your gender identity by wearing different underwear. I wear men's underwear all the time because I do a lot of sports and find them most comfortable. It has zero impact on my gender or the sex of my body.

I also have to admit that I get sooo nervous reading these as I have a young cousin who is lesbian and increasingly masculine in her appearance. As are a lot of her friends. And if it's just a style thing, that's great. But I know this is a social contagion and that it's not uncommon for young butch women to start identifying as male.

She just barely discovered herself and came out in the past year: https://old.reddit.com/r/actuallesbians/comments/uv88w2/feeling_invalid/

She needs ACTUAL lesbian support, and I feel so bad, she's not going to get it on Reddit.
