I assumed that that guy was an HSTS himself. Internalized homophobia, perhaps? He and his two other topless, masturbatory buddies who were stealing the show at that protest aren't nobodies; they're all models and activists of some standing within the trans community. As Graham Linehan calls them 'central outliers'.

What i find strange is how gays and lesbians always tolerated these people. Trans racialism is more "valid" and legitimate than transexualism, and yet it's not tolerated. This would be like the equivalent of a black man pouring bleach all over his skin, getting surgeries and then running around calling other black people the n-word because he's "white".

Even if they were the most polite people on the planet, the very act itself is deeply offensive and they have the gall to expect gays and lesbians to support them in their magical transformation? Again, we can clearly see how ridiculous it is if some "trans racial" person wanted help from the black community they're so disgusted by to help them achieve their dreams of being white so they no longer have to associate with the black community but we're expected to clap for them as they try to pretend theyre a beautiful straight woman trapped inside a gay man's body?

These people have always been the original problem.

I think gays and women have been duped into thinking transwomen (because let's face it, it's always been about them) represent a challenge to The Patriarchy, and that we should all be united in this rejection of 50s-era gender norms. Modern transactivism is an explicitly anti-gay and misogynistic undertaking, and we needn't continue the charade of propping up people who actively undermine us.

Pardon me if I'm wrong, but I believe that the LGB accepted the T at first because both the T and LGB often do not conform to the stereotypes for their biological sex, and back then the T were mostly HSTSs who needed the same rights as the LGB. However, the T quickly got taken over by AGPs who fetishize lesbians and self-hating females who call themselves gay men or "queer" to try to escape misogyny. Both AGPs and the self-hating gaydens are very homophobic and love using slurs (even the f-slur) to "reclaim" them, so now this movement is openly homophobic and attracts self-hating LGB people at an even greater rate than ever before (most butch lesbians are now enbies or "trans boys").

Back then, it was 99% just gays and lesbians and they all just assumed that the more they humanized homosexuals, the more that "trans" would disappear. They never even acknowledged it as "trans", merely just feminine gay men and masculine lesbians.

They eventually ended up finding support through the AGP's to screw over gays and lesbians.

To a certain extent, gay men have always pitied HSTS TiMs and lesbian women HSTS TiFs because "there but for the grace of God go I." In the LGBT youth group I was a part of at 17, there was one TiM who was a college student who allegedly would go back and forth on his transition. I felt pity for him because (1) I had started to deal with gender dysphoria on and off from the age of 15 and (2) because he was finding the barriers in the medical system tiresome because he was expected to conform to an exact stereotype of a woman despite his being an individual. When he wasn't around, the other teenagers (including TiFs) would clown on him. I thought they were assholes (and frankly they were).

We're expected to tolerate a lot of shit in our spaces and put a smile on, even from our own demographic. For gay men, this looks like fetish play, meth, etc. None of us like dealing with the resident junkies in our bars, bathhouses, etc., but we get shut down whenever we say it's an issue. It's why so many of us freak out whenever you have one of these detransitioners or ex-gays condemn the spaces- half the time that motherfucker was the one causing the problems or contributing to them while we were just trying to have a normal time.
