Thinking about this article again... I was always bothered by modern internet accounts requiring multiple levels of identity validation, ie you must be tied to a phone number etc... Even on Facebook there was a big ordeal because they started banning people if they discovered you were not using your real name. Of course this is entirely tied to the company monetizing you for advertisers but they pretended it was related to account security or som other bullshit.

Of course that Facebook policy exploded one day because of transgender people and drag queens and of course they all end up getting a pass on the rules. A bunch of drag queens used their drag persona as a Facebook account because it helped with their own promotions for shows they were doing. Then the freak out began and somehow transgenders became the victims of the drag purge.

Same shit with these work emails. Inside the company I'm sure they want employees to know who they are talking to. This is a time when real name actually is important because you need to know who is sending or receiving sensitive documents etc... Now this isn't even related to actual transgender people. They are saying people with cluster B personalities need to have their egos stroked at work while the other 99.9% of the company can't decipher who this person is.

Yes. This mostly seems like a great way to enable DID sufferers / fakers. It's pure idiocy. If a company has employees who are so dysfunctional that they would demand something this ridiculous, they have a different problem, which is that they hired people who are unwell and going to make the company pay for it, one way or another.

Can't wait to see some lawsuits about this one when a company says no. Pick a work personality and go with it, or never be taken seriously again.
