You gotta to be pretty insecure about your identity to constantly emphasize how you've "worked harder" to be a man. Innate identities are not achievements to work for or be proud of. They just are. And deep down, they know that. This reminds me of that old diatribe piece by that oh-so-self-assured transwoman about how "Gennys"(genetic) women were inferior to transsexuals because actual women didn't "earn" womanhood. It's overcompensation, and people can smell the imposter syndrome a continent away.
