Well yeah. I found his claim that "nobody suspects I used to be a man when they look at me" to be pretty dubious. Even the Blair Whites of the world have stuff that give them away when you encounter them in real life (skull size, hand size, height compared to actual women, etc.) Between that and him apparently thinking that changing from one sex to the other is actually possible for humans does make him somewhat delusional in my book. But if he was completely sane he probably wouldn't be a TIM in the first place.

But still, I found this to be shockingly sane by TIM/Reddit standards. I was also pretty surprised that most of the comments seemed to agree.
