The arrogance of their belief that they have a lecture to deliver is what gets me. They're about two years old in terms of life experience, performing authoritative speechifying. They might as well literally go into their parents' closets and put on clothes that are way too big and makeup that is way too messy, and still try to pull off being convincing Adults Who Know Better, because this works about that well. It's comical, indeed.

Maybe it’s time to start referring to it as “cis gay marriage”? That wouldn’t include HSTS but they would have to be the ones to point out that it’s on the basis of their sex that their right to marry is threatened.

And all of the trans men so gung ho about centering themselves in the abortion conversation to the point that they are trying to interrupt women talking about it, they need to be asked what is it exactly that they’re dysphoric about again?
