Unpopular opinion: The whole drama, yes, you heard me, the whole drama over r/askgaybros is so dumb and silly, it feels like a bunch of chronically online people fighting. Personally, I would like it if r/askgaybros didn't turn into r/TTTT and the other "LGBT" subs but on other hand, is it really worth all this drama and silliness?

I mean, look at it, the front page is full of posts fighting over it just because a few members have got banned on an online board. I'm sorry, I hate TTTT censorship as much as the next guy but this is just so cringe, it feels like nobody in that subreddit has a life especially r/gaybroscirclejerk which are really just a bunch of losers stalking and brigading r/askgaybros.

Also, I'm not really a regular visitor of r/askgaybros but whenever I read it, it has too many shitposts and troll posts about shit, crap, farts...etc, and random gross things. It seriously needs moderation, honestly.

TL;DR: It would be great if r/askgaybros didn't get taken over by TRAs, but if it did happen, then it's not worth all this crap. It's just an online forum, everybody in that subreddit and r/circlejerkbrogay needs to go outside, seriously.

It's one of the last places on Reddit where people openly can openly talk about homosexuality and the rape rhetoric commonly directed at homosexuals without getting banned. So I think it's pretty cool for that reason. There are no such communities specific to lesbian women allowed on Reddit, because of "silly drama"-- harassment, brigading, astroturfing, and threats-- that led to the silencing of female homosexuals.

Maybe gay men have a different opinion on AGB regarding its discussion dynamics; it's not my community. But for that reason alone, I think it's obviously worth talking about.
