God, I don't know why r/LGBT likes to suck racial minorities' dicks. I'm definitely 100% for racial equality but all that I see there on top of constant trans validation is bashing on white people (ESPECIALLY white men) and ridiculous demands or history-changing attempts from people of color.

Seriously, I can't count posts and comments I read that said "having a race preference is racist" on r/LGBT and they all got upvoted, what the fuck? There was also a black dude who kept whining about how white dudes don't want to date him and that they "must fix their racism" or some shit like that and ALL replies (except 2 comments which were downvoted to oblivion, btw) supported him and enabled this gross thinking.

What's with queer people and entitlement? Why do they always go hand in a hand? People DON'T want to fuck you, and they can refuse to fuck you for ANY reason they want, whether the reason is that you have a dick or that you are a different race, and as long as they respectfully reject you, you are not entitled to sex. Why can't people in these trans-infested places get this? You are NOT racist if you don't want to date a black dude, you are NOT a bigot if you are gay and you don't want to date someone with a vagina/dick, period, no questioning, personal preferences are personal and you don't get to discuss what someone else likes.

To put it in very simple terms, the current thinking of the far left is that all inequalities are socially constructed. If you are aggrieved and oppressed (but only according to the official rubric of intersectional oppression), it's never a you problem, and always a society problem. There's also the fact that most social media sites reinforce this entitlement, enabling the worst people to make insane demands.

Exactly! It's his shitty personality and attitude that probably keeps all the white guys away. I know many white men who are in relationships with black men, you just have to do better!

I know that rejection sucks, nobody likes to be rejected, but we have all got to live with it. You don't get to make up "excuses" or even argue with it, if you're rejected just move on, if you don't and you keep playing victim then rejection would only lead to more rejection in the future. Nobody owes you anything at all and nobody is going to change their attraction if you screech "racism" or "transphobia" or anything at them so you might as well stop whining about it.

To be fair, standing up to the apparatus of the state is part of what helped us to secure our rights, especially our right be bothered by the government and by moralists who like tell us what to do. But if smashing a cop car is all it takes to bring about gay marriage, then why did my country need a referendum to legalise gay marriage? Irish police cars are not significantly more immune to boulders than run of the mill vehicles.

What got gay people their rights depends on the country. But in both America and in Ireland, we as GLB people stood up for ourselves, stood up to our families, got into the institutions especially the media and including the police, and got involved in campaigns seeking to improve our rights. We didn’t just start riots and harass police officers.

Furthermore, while it is true that why gay men didn’t do all the work, we still did a lot of it. We’ve made a lot of sacrifices too. Yes, acknowledge the lesbians, the bisexuals, and the non-white gay men who contributed, but that doesn’t mean we can pretend that white gay men did nothing. No, the gay rights movement transcends race. The saddest thing about this is that a lot of young white gay men fall for the propaganda hook, line and sinker.

I noticed that a lot od young gay men (independent of race) have a nearly pathological necessity of being liked by people, even the ones who don't give a rat's ass about their best interests.

Part of this is low self-esteem and the fear of being abandoned, which is understandable considering how some parts of the world are still homophobic.

Human rights are granted for the merit of being a human, not through political activism. Every two consenting adults have the right to marry and found a new family, regardless of illegitimate laws prohibiting it. Right to get married is like one of the foundational human rights.

Even if we entertain the idea that gays being safe, having equal protection and the right to found new families were not human rights, it would still ignore the realities of many, many, many years spent by societies, ngo's, individuals to achieve equality. Like you can create a new mythos, new religion out of Marsha, but in the end, (even if we take those false records to be true) it wouldn't mean anything without an organised force behind it. These people think all those riots just came out of nowhere.
