All through high school I literally tried to force myself to like girls - I'd even watch lesbian porn haha.

These straight girls live in what universe where they were actually forcing themselves to like women???

I mean, I know they are trying to mirror gay men's experiences (and at this point have maybe even convinced themselves that what they are saying is true) but it's just embarrassing to see them write this stuff.

My guess is it's something to do with having a poor innate sense of identity and wanting to be "special" or have an identity-based community to join. So first they try to convince themselves they're lesbian, but when they're inescapably heterosexual they drop that for the trans (or "bigender" as her flair states) thing, because the only thing required to be a heckin' valid "trans" is to want to be trans. Absolutely dovetails with their bizarre insistence that they "felt queer" despite being a whole-ass heterosexual woman. "Feeling queer" is just their term for really wanting specialness/identity-based community.
