I don't see what the big deal is here, this isn't the only medication that when given to children causes lack of ability to attain sexual satisfaction as an adult. I personally will never be able to have an orgasm or experience any sort of sexual pleasure at all because I was on Sertraline from 8 to 18 for anxiety (but when I went off it because Sertraline gives me migraines and I was finally old enough to have literally any say in my own healthcare decisions, I found out that I still have a stupidly high sex drive, fuck my life) and that's a medication from a class of drugs that around 13% of all American citizens are on at any given time, and supposedly it's not even that rare of a effect if you're on that shit long enough and/or starting at a young enough age. My life's still plenty worth living and if anyone felt sorry for me for this I'd honestly be massively offended, it's just part of who I am now, even knowing what caused it I don't miss anything, can't miss what I never had.

I'm significantly more worried about the real issues than about "oh no won't someone please think about sex", he real scary shit is that puberty blockers impede brain development and cause osteoporosis and that hormone therapy can cause cancer.
