I'm adressing the moderator here. I don't understand the clear distinction between LGBdroptheT and the gendercritical thing, because to me it means the same things to some extent, wich gets me curious about why some posts are being removed.

When I shared the men getting pregnant emoji link here, I made the connexion that those people think they're men, and enter relationships with biological men while they pretend they're gay (or anything LGBT+7421702eZMHG), and still get pregnant (because they're female, obviously) wich makes no sense. I mean the links are to be made but it's not that hard to get or off-topic in my opinion. So, does it needs to be very specific when we adress issues here ? Like we have to see lesbian/gay/bi in the title for it makes sense ?

The way to start is by understanding that we ARE NOT the same. We are not "Gender Critical for LGB".

We often have overlapping views where LGB and trans-colonization are concerned, but GC is a very specific ideology that not all of our users embrace or want to be a part of. In order to remain a non-partisan sub, posts must have a focus on how LGB men/women are impacted. If it's not explicit, it needs to be implied and easily understood by outsiders, which is where flairs can sometimes help or OP making a top-level comment explaining the relevance.

I understand that you - and indeed, many of our members - connected the dots, I did too. But just because this sub is FOR us doesn't mean we're the only ones watching. We're also representing our views to the wider world who may not understand why LGB wants to "drop the T".

"We want to drop the T because there's a 'men can get pregnant emoji' " doesn't demonstrate what's happening to LGB, its focus is on trans, gender, and SJWs/wokeness. That breaks rule 2. Additionally, it was presented from a humor/mocking perspective, which breaks rule 3.

Now, if the article had mentioned LGB in some way, even despite not being directly about LGB - we would have left it up. Us mods will truly reach to try to leave up what you all share, we don't want to remove your contributions. But if posts serve to remake the sub into "Gender Critical", then that's comparable to us keeping the T. It's imposing a specific perspective onto all of LGB whether we want it or not. That's why we'll also recommend more-appropriate subs for newer users, so you all will know there are spaces that exist where it's welcome.

For what it's worth, us mods have wanted to have a thread/discussion about this for a while now. We used to do it on Reddit once or twice a year. Our team is too small at the moment to handle that kind of open dialogue though. It's just me and one other mod who are fully active right now, so we're handling individual situations rather than opening up a broader group discussion. One of our other mods may be coming back soon though, fingers crossed!

"We want to drop the T because there's a 'men can get pregnant emoji' " doesn't demonstrate what's happening to LGB

That's the key line here, I think I get it.
