The funny thing is, that Sal Grover decided to set up a social connection app for women after a number of dangerous encounters with men, including some she had come in contact with through Craigslist. But while she wanted a safe online space for women, she was initially insistent on transwomen being allowed on Giggle. Some of the people working on setting it up were of the opinion that if she wanted to set up a women's space it should be for biological women but Sal was still completely of the TWAW opinion. She was working on ways to allow transwomen join after the AI would reject them but that wasn't good enough. TRA groups went after her, doxxed her, made her life a misery and she realised that they were behaving in the exact same way that the men who's behaviour made her want to set up Giggle in the first place were. She is just another case of a trans-ally actually having to deal with the overall trans community and becoming GC because of their behaviour.
