Stonewall have lobbied to repeal rape by deception laws and I'm sure they're not the only ones.

You're gonna need to give some evidence of that.

Not that I don't believe you, but there are plenty of people here who are new to what's going on. And this site overall is built on the Pyramid Of Debate.

So source your claim, give some proof that people can review and discuss.

They openly admit it, they believe a trans person's right to privacy trumps sexual assault laws. The policy itself says sex by deception, but that's just because in the UK only men can be charged with rape. The problem is any loophole in sexual assault laws that can be exploited, will be.

The fact that they're using just sex rather than sex/rape means they're aware that it's more likely that transwomen are going to commit rape by deception, but because they identify as women, rape by deception won't be used by the court.
