This article shows why we need to drop the T. The article refers to a "gay magazine" and "gay advocacy publication" as sources promoting TQ lunacy, demonstrating that the author want to pin this science-denying nonsense on gay people and the gay rights movement.

I think there are some homophobic undertones in this article. It's true, though, that mental illness is a big part of what is driving the trans rights movement. Trans rights activists say, "being trans is not a mental illness" then turn around and say, "trans people need medical interventions and lifelong hormone therapy in order to live complete, healthy, happy lives." If there was no medical problem then why are you asking for a medical solution?

The Washington Times is one of the old flagship conservative newspapers. This is honestly a little encouraging because they have a tendency to follow upper class social trends blindly, and I have a memory they've published pro-trans editorials within the last few years.

But yeah, they're homophobic conservatives. Not just conservatives, but the really douchey hypocritical rich ones that everyone hates.

Have we really stooped so low as to link articles from here?

That's what happens when the left goes fucking bat shit crazy. It makes the other guys look less crazy by comparison. They have been trying to make us all seem like hateful conservatives if we so much as question what a woman or man is. It really HAS come to this sadly.

I get what you're saying, but no. It really does not make the extreme opposite side look any better and if our response to being called hateful is to actually turn to go fall in line with true hatefulness? That's us, settling into the boxes they're trying to shove us into in order to invalidate our points.

Nobody said that but if conservative politicians will fight for the rights of girls over these trans women hell yes people might start voting that way.

It won't change until the left wakes up and stops seeing the world in black and white. We can not want penises in our safe spaces and still want trans women treated like human beings. Wow I know crazy...
