The funny thing is, both sides think you're not a woman if you're a lesbian. At least the cultural conservatives are honest that this is an insult. The woke homophobia is.... another insane level.

The strict gender hierarchy from the conservative side is that as a woman you must perform your role as a woman by getting married and bearing as many children as possible. This is still a system based in reality but with dramatically harmful morality. They see marriage and childbearing as a duty rather than as a Disney love tale

The strict gender hierarchy from the postmodernist liberal side is anyone who "identifies with" the traditional roles of a man must "identify as" a man. This involves believing in many things which are objectively false because postmodernism deconstructs words into meaninglessness. The craziest part is they see all words as simultaneously meaningless and absolutely defined to some flavor of the month definition.

I honestly don't know which offends me more, the rejection of romanticism or the rejection of reality. The second one is a greater threat to society right now, but they're both abhorrent.
